Dicyclomine relieves muscle spasms and cramping in the gastrointestinal tract by blocking the activity of acetylcholine on cholinergic (or muscarinic) receptors on the surface of muscle cells.
Pamabrom: Pamabrom which acts a diuretic. It acts by increasing renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate, thus promoting dieresis.
Spasmodic dysmenorrhea, symptomatic relief of colics such as intestinal, biliary and ureteric.
