Amoxycillin – Semi synthetic Penicillin with abroad spectrum activity. Amoxycillin kills bacteria by inhibiting cell wall synthesis by binding to target proteins.
Clavulanic Acid – Inhibits beta lactamasa enzyme & protect Amoxycillin from degradation. Thus prevents resistance and increase the spectrum of antibiotic.

Side effects
Mild in nature. Diarrhoea, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, candidiasis and pseudomembranous colitis, urticarial and erythematous rashes.
Precaution
In liver and renal function impairment, dosage to be adjusted.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to penicillin or any other component of the product.
